Designing UI & UX strategies for a logistics company expanding to the B2C market through a new app

Kerry Express (KE) is a well-known regional courier. The company focused on B2B delivery solutions in the past decade. In 2021, KE planned to expand its business to the B2C and cross-border delivery market. I helped KE design the UI and UX of its new mobile apps for consumers to manage delivery shipments and earn loyalty points, so as to maintain relationships with consumers.

Designing a digital learning & teaching platform for a design institute from zero to one

Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI) is an influential post-secondary design institution. Design Thinking is one of its fundamental courses. While Design Thinking requires hands-on practices, the school's existing online learning portal could not support this need. I helped HKDI design its new interactive and collaborative online learning platform to support the course's teaching, learning and management.

Uplifting the business value of an e-commerce app through consultation & UX research

Chicks is a well-established family-centred clothing brand. To retain its market in the younger generation, Chicks launched its new e-commerce mobile app designed by another agency, but the outcome was not satisfactory. To uplift the business value of the app, I helped Chicks identify key insights and revamp the app UI, after a series of client consultations and the UX research process.
